Stuart Griffiths of True Telecom based in Maidstone in Kent.
He has been arrested by fraud officers for serious and criminal breaches of his FSA regulatory rerquirements. It seems that stuart has been involved in countless telecoms scams over the past few years and now finally we have all caught up with him. He drives s red ferrari and lives a lavish lifestyle on the proveeds of all of us innocent customers. What a con the whoile thing is.
His partner is aguy called MArk Baines. His is an old frioned of sturst Griffiths and is employed as sales manager. Mark has served time inside prisson for fraud ion the past and by law cannot work in this typr of enviroment.
Help the poor man beat these con men and write on this blog!!!
Whilst having a discussion with True Telecoms sales I found this blog, as soon as I mentioned this situation they ended the call and hung up, shame really as they sounded very professional and plausible.
I wish I had seen this before I signed up to their con..... Very expensive mistake but will go to court and have been to the ombudsman. Really do not need the hassle to be honest as life is busy enough. If you are in the same boat as us, try to use email as the only form of contact due to nearly all that has been said on the phone has been denied. Also, others have been giving their bank account details before knowingly signing up, the next day they were surprisingly signed into a contract and their services changed without their authorisation! Be very aware.....
Just put the phone down on True Telecom. We are in the middle of a very messy and potentially costly scam with these guys. They should be shut down......
Cold called by these people who had or seemed to have a lot of information about me and my telephone useage and offered savings and would send all the details in the post but then asked for my bank details .When I said no they said they couldn't send any details. We ended the call .Did I just miss being scammed probably!
Moral here: Don't sign up to any cold callers EVER!
2nd Call from True Telecom in 2 days. As others have said they seem to know a lot about my telephone usage. Had to ask on both occasions which Company they were. Very persistent and persuasive quoting the 'saving' I would be making. Told them I wasn't interested as I didn't deal with Cold Callers and put the phone down. Then I Googled them and found these comments.
