Read the report on Lyric Motion and swear I was reading a report I would have written on Triad Motion. Took forever to recieve unit. Got brushed off repeatedly for a tracking number Had to track unit down via DHL and third party company myself. When finally received unit and started unpacking it the quality was so bad I took pictures of (20) different defects. Contacted comapny as directed and placed list of issues with pictures included to be told that I was trying to make a fruadulant claim against them and they were sending a third party to inspect unit. Local company comes out and verifies that unit is of poor quality. Triad still brushes me off about repairing poor quality parts.
Paid top dollar for this unit to recieve bottom line scooter. Contacted Credit Card company and filed a complaint. Triad is still refusing to correct unit. weld on handle bars cracked, clamp on steering rod is so weak that handle bars and steering rod rocks back and forth , no stability at all. Unit is so off center that you have to stand on front edge of platform and lean on weak handle bars to get traction. Wiring harness is to short to fold down the handle bars. Paint job is two different colors, not supposed to be. Paint is scratched and chipped in several different spots. Console on steering rod was in pieces and had to be snapped, yes snapped, back together.
