Received a letter dated July 16, 2001, for follow up on John Brown's response of July 11, 2001 confirming that Distributorship is in effect until 9/22/02. Currently have $5,627.00 in product deposit that is yet to be refunded to you.
The letter was sent out by Roberta C. Boyd; Customer Relations Manager
The conversation with John Brown was that the Distributor, Jim Short was diagnosed with a terminal illness and would not be able to build anymore houses and requested a refund.
Jim Short passed away September 12, 2006. We kept up correspondence by calling, only to find out that the Company's name had changed and that John Brown was no longer CEO of the company, but, they still had on file the Distributor's # N323. We kept calling to tell whomever answered the phone for her to refund the monies that were due to Jim Short!
I am Jim Short's widow. I want the refund we were promised from July 16, 2001.
