If you come across this company or anyone involved with it for processing I only have one piece of advice; RUN! It is only a matter of time before they take your money and destroy your business. These guys are simply thieves that are targeting the direct sales industry and they should be shut down.
When we were introduced to these people through a business relationship we have had for years they came across as a company that can solve our processing dilemmas and also as individuals we could trust. So after a few conference calls we decided to move forward with their application process. We were so pleased that we had people who we could communicate with ongoing and that were always on Skype and other forms of electronic communication. As a company we had just gone through a major debacle with a previous processor so we just wanted to get our business back on track. We thought we had finally landed with people who treated business and relationships the same way we did; with honesty, WOW were we wrong.
Because of our business platform and structure we were on a rapid growth track even though we had experienced issues with processors already. So when we put multiple 6 figures through their gateways and MIDs everyone was very excited and we continued to the search for programming solutions to overcome the reoccurring issues we were about to experience with their gateways. But at the same time the excuses started as we were now expecting our first settlement and it was supposed to be a large one. We were very pleased because this meant we would finally be able to gain control of the company growth again, and not only fulfill orders but also pay the commissions on new orders being placed; BUT WERE WE WRONG!
As we continuously communicated about our settlements against processing we at this point had no real reason to doubt the integrity of these people; but as days turned into weeks we realized that it was obvious they took the money. We started to attempt refunds, demanded they do bulk refunds guess what; the gateway mysteriously went down. So know we couldn’t even log in to perform refunds; and they then broke off communication. So now we had nowhere to turn other than our affiliates who were instructed to work through their banks to establish refunds if TransComm Global Limited and Tanveer weren’t going to do them. Companies and people like this are simply crooks; stay away from them.
Not all processors are bad and in fact there are some great ones out there that are honest and will work with you. I strongly recommend you get references from the companies you are going to do business with and make sure you don’t use these guys. Individuals like this should own up to what they have done, and simply return the money to the cardholders! Only word that comes to mind is SCUM!
