I bought a software in the website: http://www.trafficseeker-platinum.com, named TRAFFICSEEKER 9 enterprise edition.
The TRAFFICSEEKER function "Scheduler" to send reports, doesn't work!
We reported this issue several times to Mr. Jeff Harwell (CEO from the company that sold the program), by email.
He always answered, but never resolved the issue and doesn't want to do a refund. Now I have serious problems with my customers, because they didn't receive the reports and I'm having losses with this.

My main message is: Don't buy TRAFFICSEEKER.
Support is terrible, and vendores are crooks.
