I had brought in an over the mileage Rav 4 I was leasing with the intention of buying the said vehicle. Mr. Jared Morris and Mr. Daniel Velez convinced me to get a new lease on another vehicle with the promise that they would cover for the over mileage of the old one. With this expectation in mind, I agreed to pay the downpayment of $3000 and took the new lease. 3 weeks later, I get a demand letter from Toyota Financial Services charging me for the overnileage to the amount of $3700+. I contacted the dealership and even went there only to be told that the overmileage was not part of the deal. To my face Mr. Velez denied making the deal when in fact at the time, he kept repeating that they would cover for the mileage so as to convince me to sign.
