I puchased a Living Social coupon for "Toner Selection", an online store to purchase printer suppolies. I could not find the selection I needed, therefore I attempted to contact, over and over, with no response. I called, e-mailed and wrote. NO one ever answers the phone, even after being on voicemail hole 13 hours! I am so dissappointed in this company.
