This compnay and location should be disinfected..Terrible service..i just asked for 1 tire to be changed..instead they changed 2 and neither of the beads stayed working so when i picked it up one tire was already flat.i asked for air in it and they looked at me stupid..Next day tire flat again..took it back.Waited and waited ..Rude never called when was done..well over a week I had to go back 5 times..they ruined a good tire of mine the car info still says tire is flat as they broke it or messed it up..not once did Byron or cris do what they said they would do like fix a tire and call when done..called corporate after Muddonna was very nice and wanted to help yet after not hearing from her for days I called and it was obvious she is another reason the tire works is terrible..This place takes peoples hard earned money and wastes peoples time..Ive also found out they know about all the bad reviews yet dont care..

Management and staff in this facility are incompadent and rip off the customer by not honoring quoted price.
I ordered a SET of tires two weeks ago for my Dodge dully.
Called the day before and was told tires are ready to install.
Ties were NOT at the facility when opened at 0700. Tokk over two hours to get them from the whearhouse.
Took them over three hours to install them (SET OF 4)
Then over charged me 148.00 above the quoteed price for out the door.
I spend an average of 4000.00 a year on good quality tires. I will NEVER use this facility again.
Watch out if you go in to this shop. Prior manager was honest and respected, not the guy who is running it now.
