Failing to deliver tickets + slow, unhelpful, unsympathetic, difficult-to-reach customer service = a site you shouldn't use.
I found electronic tickets to a ballgame on the site, entered all of my information, and promptly received an email that my order had been received and was being verified. Then nothing.
I tried calling, twice. No answer.
I emailed every contact listed on the website. No response.
Digging around, I found a livechat function. While waiting on the agent to solve the problem (for 25 minutes), I received an "order confirmation" email.
Then the agent writes, "let me know if you get an email".
And what does that email say?
"unable to fulfill your request" and your "tickets already have been sold".
All that took nearly an hour, leaving insufficient time to even get to the game on time. My friend and I got there late and bought tickets at the game.
And the Director of Customer Service (hah!) sends me an email suggesting I buy other tickets on their site. No apology. Just a code for a small discount.
I won't use TiqIQ again and I strongly suggest you don't either.
With so many options, why use an unreliable one that couldn't care less about serving its customers?
I purchased tickets to a MLB game. According to their description and the seating chart displayed on the site, they were very good lower level seats at a reasonable price. However upon receiving the tickets in the mail I discovered otherwise. They were in fact some of the worst and cheapest seats available. Instead of getting a good deal on decent tickets. I ended up overpaying for nosebleed seats. I should also mention that I bought the tickets 3 months in advance of the game.
Which means it was not sold out or a very hot ticket. I tried to contact TiqIQ to request a refund but there was no contact info or cutsomer service even available on the site. I eventually found an email address but despite repeated attempts to get any kind of response they just ignore me, and my emails. I even took a screen capture of the offending listing and still nothing. I cannot descibe how frustrated and angry this experience has made me. Do not do business with TiqIq.
