Went to Tint World to get my front windows tinted and also purchased a new head unit and all new speakers. I made an appointment while talking to Nick after I decided on what system I wanted to have installed. We made the appointment for 11/26 and was told my suv would be all set and ready by the end of the night, because their "2nd" night crew will be installing the system. I dropped the car off at 630 pm on 11/25, since I didn't have time to do so the following morning. 11/26 rolls around and it is 5:08 pm and they close at 6 pm, I decided to call and see when my truck will be ready since I haven't heard from them all day, where I spoke to a female worker who didn't know anything of what was going on and seemed liked she didn't want to be there from the start, she stated that she was going to find out and call me back right away, so I waited for a call and not it is 5:38 pm and I decided to call back and once again talk to the same female employee who said she was talking to Mike (owner) and assumed that I was calling her a liar , because I called back within 30 minutes of our conversation. I talked to Mike and he stated that they tried calling me, but said that my phone sent them straight to voicemail, to let me know that the speakers came in late and that the truck won't be ready till 11/28 at the end of the day and, I said okay since I have no choice since they had my truck all torn apart. On 11/28 I call once again at 5 pm since they did not call me and talked to Mike who said that they are all set with my truck and did a free detail on it for my troubles, which I appreciated. I go pick up my truck after hours at 635 and get into my truck to check this new system out, it was all good, until I noticed the back speakers were not functioning, and saw that there were a few techs still in the work bays working on some other cars, I knocked on the door and was greeted by Nick, who I addressed my problem to and was told that the tech that installed the speakers didn't plug in the rear speakers and has left for the day. That made me furious but I stayed calm, and was told to come back on 11/29 which I did and I went straight to Mike who then got the truck into the bay where the speakers were "fixed", I double checked to make sure they were working and they were only working when the radio was on tuner mode. Hence no one showed me how the radio functioned and it's settings, I set my Bluetooth up to use my phone to the radio for Pandora. Once again the back speakers were not working, I called tint world 3 times from 545 pm to 6 pm and finally got a answer from a female worker once again, and explained my situation and was told to text Mike on his cell and he will reply right away.I waited and nothing from Mike, after being irritated and not wanting to wait anymore, I called best buy in Arlington Heights and spoke to a geek squad member who solved my problem over the phone within 10 minutes and even told me to come in and he can show me all the functions of the radio with no cost at all. It made think, that I should have went to them first instead of wasting my time with unexperienced techs and business owner. I wasted $1800 and three days of my time dealing with these people. Never again will I ever think of going back there and dealing with a rude tech by the name of Nick who acts like he doesn't give a s***. I hope this place gets a reality check and a better staff where customer satisfaction is important. Until then stay away from them and go spend your money somewhere that they care about there customers and quality of service.
