Three Thrifty Shuttles passed by without stopping for pickup! Lost approx. 25 minutes.
Had to wait in line over 30 minutes witnessing mass confusion and disregard for the travelers lost time.
Hard sell on extra insurance by a Thrifty rep more interested in basketball.
Eventhough I said no to extra insurance I found it included/billed anyway.
Price for nine days was to be inclusive but all sorts of fees and taxes were added at the end making this the most expensive of all car rentals considered.
Thrifty did not provide the car in my reservation with a poor substitute-dirty on the inside with poor fitting floor mat that interfered with the accelerator.
Thrifty location is quite distant from the Philadelphia Airport and difficult and TIME CONSUMING to find.
Obviously I will never use Thrifty in Philadelphia and, more likely than not, never use Thrifty again.
