Researched several options for monitoring cell phones. Many have great ratings with on "Top Ten" sites. The Truth Spy came in with an average price but seem to be up and up.
However, when I started my trial, it only last for 3 days. So I signed up as it appeared to have the abilities that I wanted. Now after signing up (I was logged into the trial login info) and when it asked for an email address, I provided a different one. Well it setup the new account with the new login. Emailed [email protected] and they responed quickly and corrected the login info.
Then once I was able to see everything, it did not capture everything that was advertised. Emailed them about 7 times and ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. So in general, they are busy to get your money and then when you find out their product does not work, they forget how to email you. STAY CLEAR of this company.
The truth spy worked fine during the free trial. As soon as i paid for a package 1 year, $107.00, the site no longer tracked anything. It made contacting them impossible the only info on them was the name and website. I reported the problem 4 times..no reply etc. I am stopping payment through my bank and repoting them to fraud departments.

I signed up with my credit card and paid the $20 fee for their gold membership, and though they charged my card - they never turned on the features I paid for. Then I sign up using their Pay Pal feature and all the features were activated but still very very full of glitches.
What works well is the SMS feature and call record - but pictures, video, Facebook never work. Then I find out today that the target phone started getting spam messages and alerted the employee I was investigating. Do not waste your time with this service because I have yet to hear from their customer service regarding my refund or serivces issues!
