Kasey Cole is a thief stealing money from trusting people. The company is not real, nor a member of the Better Business Bureau. He had an elaborate scam going and needs to be stopped. I have filed a police report, reported him to the FTC, and local trade commission. We found him on Facebook and have alerted the authorities. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS.
Kasey Cole from thetimesharehotline.com is a total fraudster. He lied to my family and I while we were trying to book a hotel/time share rental in Las Vegas. He makes all sorts of promises, and then as soon as you send him money you will never hear from him again. Do not trust this liar - he is a scam artist.
I answered an ad on Craigslist to a timeshare rental in Las Vegas, NV. I worked with Kasey Cole/Jessica for several days and researched the company the timeshare hotline. I went to the BBB and saw it had a B+, but later found out that this is not the same company. I finally decided to pay the "deposit" which was not a substantial amount and the explanation seemed logical. When I was told I could save taxes, and resort fees by paying with a "moneypak" or Vanilla card I moved forward. He also said at anytime I could take the money out of his paypal account if I was not happy.
The next day after payment I contacted Kasey and he did not answer my calls and sent me a text letting me know that I needed to contact the office. I called the office and was never able to speak to anyone. I sent a text message to Kasey and never received a confirmation, my money, or a call explaining. I realized this was a scam! Beware of this fraudulent site and person.
I contacted Kasey in response to an ad on craigslist for great rates at a very nice ski location in CO. He was very cordial and helpful in explaining to me how his company works and why they needed payment upfront, and why they only take payment the way they do, which all made sense to me. He has a seemingly legit website, but I failed to look for a physical address, and did not click on any of the Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest links on the page-my bad, because they go nowhere. After having my money for several days I heard nothing back, no receipt of payment, no comfirmation of booking or anything. So I started to worry. I texted him and he did return my texts, stated that the delay was because they were swamped with the X-games, again, somewhat believalbe. Then I googled the company and found the link to this sight. So I decided to call him out on it, and he rebutted that there was only 1 bad review, and this is why they don't have a very big web presence, and immediately stated he would refund my money. I just don't see how that is even going to be possible. It seems like he has a pretty big thing going here, and has put alot of effort into covering his tracks, but I am doubtful I will get my money back, and a lesson learned that has left me sick to my stomach.
Kasey Cole has a website called thetimesharehotline.com and his service is a scam. He showed me and my husband a beautiful resort in Las Vegas the Elara and when we paid the deposit, we never received a call back. Please post this to warn other consumers. Thank you.
