1. Judgment be entered for the Claimant;
2. The Defendant shall:
(a) Use her best endeavours forthwith to secure the removal from the Internet of the following webpages (“the Webpages”) in their entirety:

(b) File at Court and serve on the Claimant’s solicitors within 14 days and by 4pm on the last date within that period of personal service an affidavit verifying her compliance with paragraph 1(a) above.
3. The Defendant, whether by herself her servants or agents or otherwise:
(a) Is forbidden from disclosing, publishing, republishing, using, communicating or providing to any person or persons:
i. the content of the webpages identified at paragraph 1(a) above or similar content which amounts to harassment of the Claimant;
ii. the content of the video which between 11 December 2013 and a date unknown to the Claimant between the beginning of June 2014 and the beginning of August 2014 appeared on the Internet at www.youtube.com/watch?v=saPlEl_iaZ0, or similar content which amounts to harassment of the Claimant; and
iii. the fact that that the webpages and content in paragraph 3(a)(i) and/or (ii) above is or may be accessible on the Internet or elsewhere
other than:
a. by way of disclosure to legal advisers instructed in relation to these proceedings for the purpose of obtaining legal advice in relation to these proceedings; or
b. for the purpose of carrying this Order into effect; or
c. with the Claimant’s prior written consent.
(b) Is forbidden from otherwise pursuing any course of conduct which amounts to harassment of the Claimant.
4. The Defendant shall within 28 days of personal service of this Order deliver to the Court and to the Claimant’s solicitors any documents and witness evidence (confirmed by a Statement of Truth) upon which she seeks to rely in relation to the assessment of damages pursuant to this Order.
5. Upon compliance with this Order and in any event, within 42 days of personal service of this Order on the Defendant the Claimant shall write to the Court with any further proposed directions and a time estimate for the listing of the hearing to assess damages.
6. The Defendant do pay the Claimant’s costs of the injunction application to be summarily assessed at the assessment of damages hearing.

She says that she trained with Dawn Cragg. This is a lie, she trained in Dorset with Alison West of the Sherborne Clinic. When she was flooded with complaints, from very unhappy clients, who were far from content with her work she accused Alison West of the Sherborne Clinic of not training her properly to a standard required to be a competent semi permanent make up technician. It was not the fault of Alison West, it is simply that she is not in a fit state to learn the trade or work and that is why she makes so many mistakes. She also uses used and dirty needles! Her 'secretary' Anna has discovered that she hides the dirty needles in hidden areas in her room but is too frightened to approach her about it.
