I ordered the product on the free trial with full understanding of the monthly recurring charge I would incur. I should have been wary from that moment. The free trial only allowed me to roll into the once-per-month authoshipping option.
I did a live chat with a representative to ask if I could get the two-month supply autoship option if the product worked for me. (I had high hopes.) The representative on the live chat informed me that I was making a complicated request (?) and I would have to call customer service to get my question answered.
I began calling customer service immediately upon concluding my live chat. This was in November of 2013. I still have not reached anyone in customer service and am stunned by the people on this site who say they have. You must share your secret. All I ever get is a busy signal.
Unfortunately, all live chats and emails (if they are answered at all) result in a request to call customer service. This product may work for some, but it did not work for me. All I want now is to cancel my autoship subscription. However, it appears I will not be able to because no one will answer my requests to do so. Like others before me, I am guessing I will have to alert my credit card and either file a fraud claim or have my card cancelled in order to stop the billing.
