I subscribed to 30 day free trial approximately 10/29/2014. 11/10/2014 I was charged $79.95 before the 30 days were up. I called at the end of November, approximately 11/26/2014 to cancel this, at this time I was unaware that I had been charged.
I received a new alert email for another delivery on 12/2/2014, checked my credit card account and realized that I had been charged in November and for the current shipment. I called the company and was told they were sorry, would reimburse me both charges and had cancelled my account.
I have found today, that on 1/4/2015 another charge is pending for another shipment, along with the email that my order has been shipped. I started calling the company around 5:30 pm, EST, their office hours were open til 6:00 pm EST. The call was answered by an automated operator that stated "Thank you for calling customer service, please hold while I try to connect you with a customer service agent". The first call was answered, but the operator stated that he could not hear me and disconnected the call. I called multiple times after that and when transferred the call was quickly picked up and disconnected.
