There were a few conversations and she let your company finally know she would not be returning to Shaw as well as she was unable to get a co-signer to get approved for the application. My daughter's credit shows that she she owes your company $5800.00 and was evicted on September 2012 when she never ever received a key. So your company has the practice of spending an hour with unknowing 18 and 19 students and then if they are unable to fulfill the requirements of your application process to get approved. You go ahead and approve the application any way. Never issue a key but go straight to EVICTION!!! Between you and I that if I have to tell this to a judge to get this off of my daughter's credit I will. I have spoken to several people at you're company who act dumbfounded..
