November 29, 2014 I placed an order to get my hair extensions from The Virgin Hair Castle in Palmdale, CA 93552 and I purchased the virgin Indian Hair "Wavy"18, 20, 22 inches in total was $245.54. When I received the hair it was really thin but I thought nothing of it since I had purchased hair from the company in the past without any problems. However, this was a big mistake. , it immediately started to shed. The hair shed so badly it was everywhere in my house even when I wasn’t combing it, it shed. It became so thin I had to order hair from somewhere else and have my stylist take it out. When she took it out we both saw there was hardly any hair left on the track. When I contacted the company about the problem they told me to send pictures of hair and I told her I had thrown hair away at salons shop. But I ask her to review all the hair I had purchased over the years month after month and never stated I had a problem. All my friends even purchase hair from there. The owner than had a I don’t care attitude. She sent me an email saying sorry that happen and nothing else. Ladies we work hard for our money. Don’t buy this type curl from this shop. They won’t care if you have a problem. I didn’t want three new bundles but maybe just I apologize this happen show u cared especially when I had a history of spending so much money with the company.
