MANAGER DEMANDED THAT MY COMPANY "FIRE" AN EMPLOYEE OR WE WOULD LOSE THE CONTRACT. THE DISCRUNTLED EMPLOYEE THEN WENT TO THE MANAGER AND ACCUSED US OF NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE TO THE PROPERTY AS CONTRACTED. THE MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY, BELIEVING THE EMPLOYEE THAT SHE JUST DEMANDED THAT WE FIRE, HUMILIATED MY REPLACEMENT EMPLOYEE BY ACCUSING HIM OF INSUBORDINATION THEN ESCORTED HIM FROM THE PROPERTY AND TOLD HIM TO NEVER RETURN.
AFTER POINTING OUT THAT A 30 DAY NOTICE WAS IN THE CONTRACT AND THAT WE HAVE PROVIDED FAITHFUL SERVICE FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS, RIVERSTONE ASKED US TO COME BACK AND FULLFILL THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT THEY VIOLATED. WHEN SERVICES WERE COMPLETED, NO PAYMENT WAS EVER MADE.
THERE IS STILL A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY OWED WITH NO ATTEMPT TO PAY OR ANY EXPLAINATION AS TO WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN PAID IN SEVERAL MONTHS.
