Jay came on the call claiming to be a child of God, but I don't know what god he was talking about, jay lied from the begining until the end. Jay spoke about how he gave away so much products to certian people and some people that paid their money never received anything, like me and my son.
The person that wrote the rebuttal about the board was angry because they got fired, but I was not on the board and I can vouch that jay did wrong and rip us off. We ordered the cable tv for a year that was $100, bought in to the shopping club that was $99.99 and we bought the bunble which was $250.00 so that a total of $900.00 he have from me and my son.
The night Jay came on and said that he had fired the board and he also said that the shopping club was a front and was not set up to work, so he had all of us fool even his board. One member went to his house where he live and he could have gone thur the floor, so I can say without a doubt THAT JAY AND YOLANDA IS A RIPPOFF CROOKS AND LIARS.
I heard about "The Sumlin Broadcasting Network" Oct of 2013 the concept was services for internet based television and a VIP shopping club with many other perks for the subscriber.
I got involved at the VIP level , I brought some colleagues and friends to subscribe to this idea.
The merchant that was collecting the subscriptions was paypal. Then Paypal canceled The Sumlin Broadcasting Network account.
Many of us were promised services and cashback for referrals, unfortunately we did not get paid.
Then SBNTV ( The Sumlin Broadcasting Network LLC) hired another payroll company which they collected sensative information from many people hoping to earn income from the cashback program. We are all still waiting to get paid.!
The Sumlin Broadcasting Network is also associated with the 100 Dollar Media llc. Who is owned by Jay Sumlin and Yolanda Sumlin.
The latest news was when the acting board of directors discovered that Jay Sumlin and Yolanda Sumlin had embazzled over $200,000 from a Business account attached to "The Sumlin Broadcasting Network" the fashion of the embazzlement was several cash withdrawls done that totaled over $200,000. This money was collected thru multiple shoping website :

We have already taken legal action and the proper steps to report this fraudulent behavior to the proper authorities.
This is my way of alerting the community and the victims of Jay Sumlin and Yolanda Sumlin and I encourage evryone who has been victimized to join this ripoff report and add your story.Please forward this report to those you know that have been victimized.
This is not the first time Jay Sumlin has been in trouble with the LAW!
Jay and Yolanda Sumlin stole $15,000.00 from myself and my business associates. We wired him the money and in return He told us he would purchased $60,000.00 worth of premier hand bags and watches and we would receive the items within a week of ordering. It has been three months and now we can not reach him via phone or email and we still did not receive what we agreed he would order for us. He kept using the excuse of the items where sent to the wrong address. When we asked for our money back then communication from him stopped. It is sad that he and his wife are using god and the plight of the less fortunate to help him rip people off. I was not a board member or even affiliated with any of his other companies, I was referred to him by a friend.
Brand new bag ripped a group of us all with his buying club gave us some product up front to get our confindence but stopped delivering product all together in Houston now trying to get a new group of folks to dupe! he has scammed our group for over 25k. He lies repeatedly saying the product is coming and nothing has come in over a month. He also not turning calls.
