We rely on customer and contractor measurements to fulfill our orders. Many times we are accountable for inaccuracies. For this reason we have our terms and conditions on our SOW which clearly states our guidelines. We have sold over one million cabinets to satisfied customers since 2002.

The staff was increasingly aggressive. After the kitchen layout was measured the sales person edited the drawing. Causing an order with extra cabinets. She would not let me see the sketch until delivery. Then the company refused to pick them up. After i drove into Pennsylvania with the unwanted cabinets, I found out that they charge a 25% restock fee.

Be careful. This company wants your money and it will do anything to seperate you from your cash. I noticed their warehouse is full of returned items. Also, the BBB gave them a D+. Think before you buy their products.

25% Restocking Fee

The terms and conditions are clearly outlined in our SOW and other legal "signed" documents. We do not take returns on altered cabinets or cabinets that have been ordered due to customer mis-measurements after a certain amount of time. Most major companies have the same exact policy. We have sold over one million cabinets since 2002 to many satisfied customers.

When we were buying Sandy was very pleasent couldn't do enough for us. I had read some bad things about both Sandy and Solid Wood Cabinets on the internet and told her so. She asured me that they had new management and that the customer who's report I read was unreasonnable. After some soul searching we decided to give them a chance.

First you have to pay in full at the time of sale no deposit full payment (though no falut of their's) they had my money from April til Oct. Most companies do not bill until the items are shipped.

To make sure there were no mistakes on my part I had Sandy come out and measure (I didn't want anyone saying that I screwed up late). When the Cabinets came the first indication that I really screwed up was when I saw the made in China on every one of the boxes that my cabinates came in. I was given the impression that the cabinets were made in Levittown, PA. I never would have purchased cabinets that were made in China.

Once we opened the boxes and started to install them things really started to go wrong. One of our show stopper points was that the sink had to be centered in the kitchen window. This was made very clear to Sandy. Well the sink was not in the center of the window needless to say. When I called Sandy to tell her that this was not acceptable she hung up on me and refused to answer the phone until I had to threaten her.I was not being unreasonable, I was willing to pay whatever it took to get it straghtened out. Which is what I wound up doing. I had to pay several hundred dollars to make the nessary changes.

When the new cabinet came and my contractor called to ask how it was suposed to work her again hung up on him. We now had an extra cabinet which she wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee. She later agreed to wave the fee only to actually charge it when she credited my credit card. Getting her to agree to take the cabinet back required and battle.

Various parts that were included in the origianal order were not delivered and I wound up having to buy them again. End panels that I ordered because the end cabinets were either not ordered properly or Solid Wood Cabinets dosen't make proper end cabinet, did not fit properly and didn't match the cabinets, so I had to eat the cost of them.

Soft close draws do nt close properly, so we have to push them closed every time.Because they are not closed completely. We were not told that we would need additional parts to dress up the cabinets were they meet the soffits. More additional dollars.

Now come the real trouble. First we were not told that we had to go all the way to north Jersey to pick out the counter top. After spending most of the day looking for something that we liked we finally picked one out. The night before it was suposed to be delivered they called to say they cut it wrong and it would take 7 to 14 days to get a new one. This was not accceptable since we had been waiting for 8 months to get our kitchen done. When they did being the counter top the backsplash (which was not called a backsplach when we ordered it but a 4 inch lip) was not there. when I asked were it was I was told that we had said that we didn't want when they came to make the templet. Well first the young man who was doing the measuring was very polite but hardly spoke English. When asked about the backsplach we thought he was talking about the backsplash on the wall and explained that we already had the backsplach for the wall. So he writes no backsplach on the order and my wife signed not thinking (beacuse why would you ask if I wanted a backsplash when we ordered it with one. Anyway now they are ging to charge me an additional $200 to get it. Next thing I know they call up and say I now owe and additional $400 on top of that because the counter top is $10 more per foot (I was never told that the backsplash would cost more money and I never agreed to pay any additional money). Plus I don't know were they come up with 40 feet of counter top theres no way we have 40 of counter top.

Save yourself a lot of heartache and don't deal with thwse people.
