I wanted to cancel an order for a custom made rosary bead within a few hours of placing the order with my debit card. I sent them a cancellation request with the form provided on the website, no reply. I tried calling them multiple times, no answer. I tried emailing them. No reply. I tried calling them again, a little kid answers the phone and tells me the owners are not available.
When they are they won't pick up the phone, I guess.
I have to contact my bank to get the pending charge cancelled. This is so rediculous. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They can give a long winded response here, that would be the only time they provide customer service and it aggravates me that I have to escalate it to this level. If you're swamped with orders and can't handle the business, don't offer your services online or hire more people. Absurd.
