My furniture supposedly came with a 5 year warranty. I have not owned it five years. I tried calling their warranty company several times, and everytime I was on hold for 10+ minutes. Finally I emailed someone at Harlem Furniture and they said they would put someone in touch wtih me. I was then hung up on, twice, in one day by the warranty company. They warranty company also said the claim was closed. The damage to the furniture is light wear and tear, that *would be (if they honored it) covered by the warranty. I have since emailed my contact at Harlem Furniture several times and not heard back from anyone.
