I bought a large format HP printer from the Printer Depot. When I received this printer I could not get it to work properly so I called customer support since it was under warranty. They tried numerous efforts to get it to work including sending a new network card, a USB cord, a second printer, a hard drive, and a roll of HP paper. Still no results.
In this process I spoke with a man (Jesus) who ultimately started to not return my phone calls so I continued to call and finally spoke to another man (Carlos) who told me that he was not sure what was wrong and would consult with the other technicians and call me back. And you guessed it he did not. He had made the mistake of calling me from his cell phone though so I called him back directly and he answered. Much to his surprise I asked him why he had not retuned my call and he said that he was not at the office and that he would be back within about 30 min and would call me then. And he did not.
Then I got to speak with a lady (Nelly). I told her that I was not going to beg them to call me back any longer and wanted to send the printers (2 printers now) back. She sais that she would call me back before they left for the day. She did not. So this time I got to speak to Chris who claimed that he had made arrangments to have the printera picked up that following Tuesday. On Monday I called to confirm and to get a shipping label since I had still not been emailed one and I spoke with Nelly again who informs me that a scheduled pickup had not been made but that she would put it in now :-/.
So you would think that it couldn't possibly get any worse... Wrong. Then they call me (THEY called ME!!) to tell me that they had received the printers and that nothing is wrong with them and I will be charged a $300 fee. Of coarse I want to complain so they transfer me to Chris whom I have dealt with before. He informs me that it will be investigated and they will call me back with the results. That call never comes. End of story. They only refunded me a porroom of what I paid for the printer and had that money tied up in a non working printer for 2 1/2 months. And they claim that there is nothing that I can do about it.
