On June 1st 2014, we received a call from the maintenance manager (Jason) of THE PALAZZO condominiums, located at 5455 Rowley Road San Antonio TX 78240 with telephone 210-5930450 we got a phone call asking us for emergency service to clean 2 apartment unit which had a problem with drainage in the 1st and 2nd floor, and a dirty water out of the drain in the apartments #3103 and #3104, which we assist right away and have the cleanup done because the circumstances required to do immediately by the people who live there. The next day we have a call back from the manager Jason telling us that their tenants were really happy with the work we had done, and therefore they have two vacant apartments that needed to have ready at the latest in the following 3 days, for rentals, we returned the next day to clean the apartments #9101 and #7203 and finish our job, then he said right there that they have one more apartment cleaning for that week, #2304 and two more for the following week #6104 & #7102.
We were there several days cleaning the apartments they told us to, that were 10 visits, we cleaned within a span of three weeks starting June 1st 2014 through 27th It should be noted that on every apartment that we cleaned we were always taken by the supervisor and he always opened them for us, because the apartments are always locked as well as the entrance to the apartments, require a key to the front door. I have to clarify this to reaffirm that we clean the apartments they always showed us personally.
Note: We make this clarification because we received a call from the supervisor (Jason) of that office telling us that they did not want to pay the second bill, only two, not knowing what the reason or motive was, because they would always double check our job after we were done. From there we've attended several times to collect administrative payment for the past four months {July, August, September and October) at office, and the only response we have is that they had already sent invoices to head office and they will send us a check, we called several times on the phone, asking to speak with Ms Tracy Gonzalez (manager) and the answer is always the same, she is pretty busy. When we appealed personally, the answer is that they have talk to the accountant and the check has been send to us, but haven’t receive a check from them until now.
