Please do not use this paint company. Don't be fooled by their glossy advertisments like I did. I had the exterior of my house painted by this company and they did a very bad job at it. They are supposed to be professional painters but they did not know how to apply the paint that I selected. They had paint drippings all over my windows, roof and house surroundings and won't admit that they did it. This company is so arrogant that they blamed me (the customer) for everything that they did wrong. They blamed me for the paint selection, the drippings on the windows and the house surroundings. While the paint job is ongoing, the paint foreman tried to do a bait and switch tactic when I asked him to caulk the nail holes on my house sidings. He told me that it would cost more money when I told him that it was part of the paint contract. Also the foreman, just spray painted my garage door without doing any prep work on it. I asked him why and he said that "it is all he does, spray paint the garage door. The foreman reluctantly prep the garage door partially and spray painted it again after I complained to the owner. There are areas in the garage door that still needed to be fixed. I told the paint crew not to scratch my roof shingles since they are new but they did anyway. They scratched it so hard that you can hear it inside the house. i told them to stop and complained to the owner about it too. I had a few complaints to the owner but he never even showed up to check his contractors. He only showed up to collect the money. On the final walk through, I pointed to a few spots that needed to be touched up and pointed to one window that needed to be cleaned up just to show them that they needed to cleanup my house but all they did was cleanup one spot on the window. They did not clean up the whole window or all the windows and the house surroundings as stated in the contract (to bring everything on the house to its original condidtion). This company have to no quality control and cleanup process. I did report them to the BBB and we went to mediation but my case was closed when I asked for arbitration. I'm an honest person, so I paid the company the whole amount even thought they did a bad job. I gave them two chances to do a good job but they did not. Now I have to go to small claims court. Is there anybody out there willing to suppoort me to file a class action lawsuit since the company have been doing the same thing based on their BBB complaints?
