Bought boston beans from nutty fruit house through Amazon I believe this company gave me their old is rolled around with holes perforating in the bag of hard soggy stale peanut in the middle Boston baked beans. Don’t buy buyer beware. This is why I hate using Amazon and it’s shitty vendors and Amazons ripping off policies for itself and its shitty vendors.
I placed an order on a Wednesday for favors for my Daughters wedding the following weekend. I never got a confirmation e-mail thanking me for my order or tracking #. NOTHING except from Paypal saying that they charged my credit card. I tried to call the company for days and the phone line was not working so I decided to send an email.On Monday I sent an email to the company stating that I had not heard anything from them and it was to late to do anything with the chocolates. I asked for a full refund.What I got was a reply to my email with just a tracking # no apology, nothing..Just a tracking #..I tracked the package and they sent it out Monday to be delivered on Thursday by way of the USPS.When the package arrived the chocolates were melty and the ice pack they enclosed was just a ziplock bag of warm water. I will never do business with this company ever again and I just want to warn people to be very careful. If you want quality product this is NOT the company to order from.

I would hope that a company expecting extra money for delivery would use a delivery service that would meet the customers satisfaction. NOT the case here, they got the money and I'm stuck with candy that is no longer needed because the shower is over. GET it together and use a different delivery provider. The two day delivery got to us in 13 days. Not satisfied with this company. The product was a little on the pricy side and we didn't even get the pleasure of using it. Suggest you try harder to please your customer. I would not recommend this company. :-(
Ordered products from Nuttyfruithouse.com for my daughters school project. after ordering I paid extra postage to expedite the delivery. Purchase order October 3. I didn't receive this order until October 9th. 6 day delivery! What happened to my 2 day delivery? My daughters project was ruined!!! When I received tho package the ice package they put in socked the whole package. The goo was all over and I could read my receipt!!! Contacted the company and the emailed me am oppology for my inconvience. They would not refund my delivery charge because they went by the original order. Not the expedited 2 day delivery. I will not work or recommend this company because they have no ethics and are ripoff artists. BEWARE!!!!'
