I paid $139 for my Soho Box from the list in mid-February. After a couple weeks and I had not received anything, I sent an email to the company. Shortly thereafter, I received the first of their excuses for the delay email.
A few weeks later, I nearly had forgotten about it. So I sent another email in early April. No response still. Finally at the end of April, I receive an email from I-Ella saying the next day I would be receiving an email with my shipping information. A week later, I actually get the email.
I keep checking the tracking to see where it’s at and nothing is happening. The USPS page says they have received the information from I-Ella, but package has not been received by them. I keep waiting and waiting.
Finally, end of May I send another email to I-Ella asking for my money back. No response.
I sent them an email today again asking for my money back. Maybe posting about my bad experience will actually get them to take action.
