The Entrust Group, Inc.

I was sent to Entrust through 2 investments in real estate funds.

After a few years I wanted to liquidate and close the IRA.

Entrust has been an obstacle for years:

1. They provide no service, consultation, communications, or timely close of transactions.

2. They charge arbitrary fees for this lack of service.

3. They took all dividends from the assets.

4. They present obstacles to liquidation and closing of the IRA account.

5. They are currently holding my funds hostage until I pay them an additional $1110.00 for "services".

I have written the Sacramento Commission on Business Oversight and want to file a formal SEC complaint.

To date, I still have not received any liquidated funds and cannot close this IRA account.

I suspect they will deplete all the funds before I can close the account and cease accumulating their

"fees for services.
