After lengthy email discussions with the owner, Charles Kurs, I finally decided to give The Crowdfund Boutique a try and part with $250 for promotion of my Indiegogo campaign. From the time of my launch it took 2 weeks to finally get a response from Charles. Apparently he decided to go on vacation for 2 weeks upon receiving the funds I paid.
No marketing services were provided, I was left to guess what was happening on their end.
The email response from him was one blaming me for not contacting other members of his "team", apparently you're supposed to know this though it was never discussed.
I asked for a refund, I did not even receive an apology.
Avoid these clowns like the plague, they are ripoff artists.
