I wanted to create an LLC> They put the wrong address for the LLc (used the credit card address not the correct address I had given them. When the mail came with the invoice for their demand for payment as they put themself as registered agent and then charged me for it. I never was told they were going to be the agent or there was a charge for it. When I called they wanted me to pay them to remove them as the agent and I would still owe them the money. Now I have to contact the state to fix all the problems and they still want to be paid. Never use them unless you like trouble.

If you happen to be in a different state from your business location, use any other service out there. These people are scammers, and they keep trying to rip people off, even after there are so many complains about them. They reply on all these reports as if they were nice, and they understand the situation, but it's all lies. Never do business with them, and if possible, do all these paperwork by yourself. Their work is sloppy with arbitrary one-size fits all paperwork that is often error filled, and they charge stiff fees to do simple jobs (like filing for a Federal Tax ID number) that any busineman could do on thier own for free in a few minutes if he or she were pointed to the right website.
When companies fail (an many start-up do) these scammers claim that it is supposedly "not legal" to simply shut them down and make agressive collection calls to anyone and everyone who was asscociated with the company's formation. Years after a company has gone out of business, they continue to harrass the orginal founders and sometimes even their families with bogus demands for various fees; fraudulantly claiming that the individual (not the company they were part of) will be supposedly "put in for collection" if the individual they are speaking with does not personally pay the fee.
Ripoff Artists. Don't use their services. They will register themselves as your registered agent and charge you $235 every year. They don't give people to pick their own registered agent. If you don't pay their fee, they will harass you via phone, emails and letters, and send you to collection agencies. Any attorney should take this case for a nice Class Action Lawsuit against this company and their illegal business practices.
