We purchased 2 Rheem air conditioning units from them
we did not choose which items came with it for hook up that was a package done by their people
they send us the wrong copper line for the unit as well as the wrong electrical whip
we called them to let them know but it was 22 days after getting the equipment which went against their 14 day policy
but considering it was their mistake you would think they would correct it.
In America ...when a man makes a mistake ...he fixes it...does right by his consumers
this company is just trash...they are unwilling to work with you and have no cares about what they are sending out to you...a regular consumer would not know what copper line goes with the unit...it takes a while sometimes for the ac guy to come to a job so the 14 day return policy should have not been an issue considering it was his mistake.
their website says after 14 days it is at their discression so obviously he just doesn't care about correcting his mistakes.
They also are not a licensed Rheem dealer and have absolutely no business selling their products online...
Do Not Deal with this company unless you enjoy headaches
I have ordered other products from AC Wholesalers and have had a 100 percent better experience much more polite and their return policy is they will replace the item at no additional cost and pay for shipping of the new item. if they mess it up...as it should be. Please be aware of who you are dealing with when purchasing online.
The Law states that if the product is damaged or not what was expected then their return policy doesn't matter.
