I purchased a pair of Adidas golf shoes in November 2014 that were to be used as a Christmas gift for a relative. The shoes were sized incorrectly, so I obtained authorization to ship the shoes back to TGW via Federal Express. The package was delivered and accepted at TGW on January 6, 2015. It is now February 6, 2015, and I have received no refund. I get a different excuse every time I contact them. It's clear that TGW has no intention of refunding or replacing my purchase. The amount is less than $100, so it's the principle that concerns me. I wonder how much it would cost TGW to hire an attorney to represent them in a small claims court outside of Kansas over a matter of one pair of golf shoes? They're about to find out.
