I first ordered t here product for $4:95 for a trial offer and there was no information about a recurring charge so I was surprised to see a charge of 89+ on my account. This is a scam and I will be going to small claims court.
I ordered this wight loss stuff a couple of months ago. after i ordered it i was sceptical...i threw the bottles away..there was no phone numbers or invoice in the package..then today i recieved another package from them that i did not order...i have since changed my debit card because there wa a charge on it for 89.95....im tempted to send this package back....i should of went with my gut feeling the first time......what should i do.....hope no one else is scammed by these people...thank u
This is exactly what they are running - a scam! No mention of needing to cancel, or that additional charges will be incurred (without authoirization). Nothing received with the product to indicate trial period or action required:
Basically offers 15 day free trail of eye and skin product. What you recieve looks like a sample sized product. Hidden within is the idea that you contact the company within fifteen days. However it is not a 15 day trail sample but, supposedly a full size you may sample for 15 days, within which you may contact them. If you do not contact them you will be charged you full price. The price 89.95 each.
Here is the kicker which should voids the contract. They send the product with no contact information, no phone number or website. Also the number that shows on your card or bank account is a bogus, non working number that comes up with a busy signal. A bit out dated that one. So technically you have no way to contact them so in essence renders the contract void.
Only when I threatened to contact authorities did they credit me back one order and then offered a restocking fee totalling $30. So in the end they still make what out in the positive. You however still end up paying the restocking of $30 and the original shipping of $14 and return shipping of around the same to get tracking data. The total your out is $60, for a bogus product. Since there was no shrink wrap around the product I recieved, there is no assurance it wasn't someone else's returned product either.
