I purchased a website template from Template Monster and it has been nothing but troubles to use the platform. The technical supposrt is not sufficient in solving my problems. I was not told that I had to create two different websites form my company, one for a full version and the other a mobile version.
They made like the software was user friendly in which it isn't and the simplest necessities are not functional on their product for example to use a buy button for the mobile or have my mobile site look like the full site or even have a link so that if mobile users want to click into my full site -- then they have thta option.
I have been frauded into thinking that I had a fully functioning website interface for both laptop and mobile that communicated with each other on the same interface and not two separate ones.
Now my mobile website pages have bleed together and Template Monster is not doing anything to help me correct the problem and keep giving me excuses.
This is one of my correspondences with a support person:
This template is a lot of troubles and the more I create it the more excess time it takes me to constantly refis what I have already done and there is not a sufficient user manual to assist and the information that is given on your website if half the problem. I am going to ask for a large portion of my money back. I am over 2weeks behind completing my website and losing money because of all of the problems that I am having and the long response time to support. i need a phone number to speak to a manager for a refund.
This has been a real headache for me.

Sorry, but our company does not provide phone/Skype/chat support. You can ask any question about MotoCMS products in this ticket or create new.
Our official response time is 24 hours. None of tickets created by you was answered in more than 24 hours. The tickets submitted by you in last two month were answered in less than 6 hours.

this is my rebuttal:
either you all correct my mobile pages from bleeding or i will take this to the next level. i am not playing games. template monster has an enormous amount of complaints that are on the Internet from people and you don't want me one! Because I will take this to the next level. I am tired of half excuses and half remarks and vague answers to the many problems that I have with this software that is not user friendly and has a lot of bugs in it and it is not fully functional.
