If you are willing to actually work, this is a good company
I used to work for a management company that recruited operators for them. Generally the people that do the majority of complaining are the people that rarely log on to work and expect maximum pay for minimal effort. This is a job and should be treated as such. Block of a period of time per day you plan on working and take calls. Do your best to keep the customer on the line as long as you can. If you are new at this type of job it may take you awhile to get to the higher pay rates. Just be consistent and always looking to improve your hold times you will get there. If you expect something for nothing, don't sign up you will be disappointed. But don't blame the company. Blame yourself,
Telepayusa is a good company to work for. Yes, the pay does start off low but once you keep your average up you'll be fine. Telepay doesnt fire you. The only way the system will not let you login to your account are periods of inactivity which I dealt with on a few occassions. It was easy to get my account back just by talking to dispatch reapplying.
This is the first day ive worked with them they are already messing with me and if you have issues the only thing you can do is talk to the dispatcher and all they say is o wel thats not good and you should stop accepting calls because it has to be your phone thats wrong there no way its us and if you get fired you cant do anything about it because it an automated system like really if something is not my fault the only thing to do is quit or get fired???? this is amazingly stupid they are very unfriendly and in competant
Telepay USA Reviews
So far So Good
I just started today but so far the dispatch service is super helpful and there are a lot of resources to help me. I hope it only gets better.
