When I first signed up with this company I was told to buy a $680 package because it would get me more seminar seats lfor the money. It gave me 240 total seats. The rep. moved the seats forward for each seminar I did. When I bought the second set after I used 140 of the 240 seats I bought I went to use the remaining 100 that was left and I was told they expired. The first girl was gone and the second girl told me if I had told them they would have been saved. She said if I bought another 240 seats she would credit me 40 of the ones thet expired. So I did 2 seminars using 210 seats of the 240 I bought last month. I went to sign up for the new seminar and found out that my 800 number expired anlong with the 30 seats I had left. I was told they expire in 60 days. The second girl was gone now and I was never credited the 40 I was promised by her. So I was told, too bad!! I asked to have the manager call me but the guy said he didt'n thing he had time for that. 3 days later he has not called. The management does not care about you. I am going to use them this time bacause I have a seminar already set, but I won't be using them when I get another call center set up.
