I purchased a t-shirt through a crowd funding campaign on June 6, 2014. Website stated they do not withdraw payments until the campaign is over. The campaign was not over, and they deducted the payment from my PayPal anyway. When I contacted them via email, I was told that they deducted the payment because the shirt had made its goal and the shirt would be mailed out in a few days and they would send me a confirmation number and tracking number via email when it was sent out.
Two weeks go by, I hear nothing. I contact them back on June 22, 2014 and hear nothing as a reply. I contact them every other day via email and phone calls. I get no response and I get no t-shirt.
Second campaign for shirt ends on August 23, 2014. Again, I do not receive shirt despite them still having my money AND my countless emails and phone calls.
I find them on FaceBook and start messaging them there and posting on their wall. Several times my posts are deleted, messages are seen and not replied to, emails are not answered, calls are not returned.
Finally, after I post a scathing report on their business practices online October 14, 2014, I finally get a response. Apologizing for not getting back to me sooner, and that their records show I had gotten the t-shirt back in June. I tell them I did not, and give them the list of dates and emails that went unanswered. I was told to check the post office. I did and there was nothing there.
I am then promised a new shirt from a different campaign. I am told to choose one. Which I then do. That campaign ends 4 days later and I have STILL not heard anything from them about the replacement shirt. Again, countless emails are going unanswered, telephone calls are not returned etc. It is now November 16, 2014 and nothing has been resolved.
