Im so disappointed with this company. They charged me for a wrong address light bill. When I found out the representative always talked to me in a defensive way and told me there's no way to get a refund.
After speaking to several representatives and manager they told me they were able to change it to my correct address and that I should be getting my refund up to a month... I called every week for an updated and they always ask me to explain everything again... which seems they never made note on every call I made.. And all they told me was it was in processes...
On the third week I had to speak with a rude manager which got all defensive like it was my fault on THEIR MISTAKE ... She said I wasn't getting no refund .... So because of them not accepting their error and checking their recording and not helping me as a costumer ' I end up paying someone's light bill on top of what I paid my apartment people for my light bill.
