Didnt know how best to log....so picked 'fraud' because: FRAUD: is a type of criminal activity, defined as: 'abuse of position, or false representation, or prejudicing someone's rights for personal gain'. Put simply, fraud is an act of deception intended for personal gain or to cause a loss to another party. Tapjoys description iof themselves: Tapjoy is a mobile performance-based advertising platform that drives deep engagement and monetization opportunities for app publishers, while delivering valuable, engaged consumers to some of the world's biggest brand advertisers. Tapjoy has a reach of more than 451MM (June, 2014) mobile users each month. I do NOT question these claims. Thing is they DONT keep their end of the deal so far as the consumer is concerned...simply dont REWARD.

When taken to task/questioned about their failure to uphold their end of 'the deal', they first change their story, from what was likely a couple fo automated 'get stuffed' messages...which when pushed...a 'real' person does get involved....stating alsorts of computer speak...accusing the consumer (me) of some sort of fraudulent activities (I think)....when asked to provide evidnece of such claims, or even escalate to a senoir level for proper investigation and exp-lination.....I was banned. I’ve looked into your support request, and unfortunately, this offer is only an opportunity for you to engage with our advertisers - there is no currency reward for doing so. More fails then success!?? So much so ive considered stopping play on Droid devices. To finally have found how to notify you for support etc. to be met with the initial response I received was extremely disappointing also. Really sad thing is when I mentioned such in Faction chat (50 members).... Others added similar stories, suggesting Tapjoy have no interest in their users. Whatever is reputedly happening is this something new 'on my account'... From which device I have two on droid although one has been returned to the manufacturer under warranty... I've already received the promotional item and I still don't have the Gold. Figure this out! Almost every offer I have participated in requires me emailing I over-paid for, an item with expectation that Tapjoy would fulfill their end of the bargain-but to no avail. I'm not a scammer, or someone looking to rip off this company, I'm a consumer eduvated enough to follow directions, and who has done more than his share of communicating the disconnect.

I have over and over again, provided proof. I have been a loyal patron of Tapjoy's services and I'm being strung along and treated as a criminal, minus due-process.

You don't seem to understand, Tapjoy is taking money with the promise of delivering another commodity. This is stealing and not providing the services advertised. It is more simply stated-fraud!

I am a member of tapjoy. My iphone device is registered to my phone. I follow exact directions when completing offers in the samurai siege game.

More than half the time it doesn't payout the reward. I have downloaded many apps, filled out surveys, called phone representatives, recieved quotes for car health and life insurance, checked my credit and this took a lot of my time all without getting anything on return most of the time. It is a wonderful app when it works. I have used the missing currency links and also sent many emails with proof of completion, some of them weeks ago and not one has been answered :( i also tried to message them on their Facebook account but that didn't work either. I use the app daily regardless of it not paying out alot bc it is the only way to get diamonds in the game I just wish it worked better Because it is very frustrating to spend time doing everything they ask with no reward or they coupdate at least respond to your emails And requests.
