This Software/Virus was picked up by surfing the Internet. It claims to clean your computer, but is really a virus.I didn't ask for it it just installed itself. Everytime I open a browser it appears and acts like it is diagnosing the computer and gets in the way of getting on the internet. It can't be removed by going to control panel and uninstalling program.I called their "Customer Support". Some guy from India says the only way to remove it is to "turn the computer over to him" through like Join Me, or something.I did it and he said he removed it but showed my all these error messages and all things wrong with my computer, which is new and I have performed a speed test online there is nothing wrong with it trying to upsell me another product to fix it. I finally told him I just wanted the program removed and to turn the computer back over to me and like a pushy used car salesman he insisted I need to get another product to fix this.It still seems to be in my computer even though it doesn't show up in Programs. I seen this technique on a TV show about a company in the US that was shut down for such a scam. I found it Looks like this Company is working out of a residence, not a real office. My AntiVirus said it was dangerous. I seen other people claiming this happened to them catching this computer virus online. Their Website claims they are a "Microsoft Partner". This is a Scam
