I'm sitting here with a house full of packed up boxes and furniture scrambling to find another mover. They quoted me $2400, but when they arrived it changed to $4000 because my furniture was bigger than they expected. WHAT?!?!?!?
I was on the phone with Emily their customer service gal a dozen times. I told her I did not want any surprises the day of the move, so we went over the inventory list several times. That apparently didn't matter. Don't do it !!!!!!!! You will be scammed too!
