I contacted Supple within the 30 days to report that their product did not work for my Mother, and in fact, had given her more problems. After a week of use, my mother began to have spasm's of pain. She went to her Physician and after tests, had found that there was blood in her urine. Her Dr. had asked her if there was anything new that she had been doing because they couldn't find what was causing her problems. She automatically realized that the only thing new that she had been doing is drinking the Supple daily and as directed. She immediately stopped drinking it and her symptoms stopped, also.
After contacting Supple and telling them this, the representative asked if my Mother is on blood thinners. At the time, I didn't know, but found out that she is. They then told me that Supple is a natural blood thinner. I have looked and do not see any warnings on anything that this company has sent me or when ordering, and they did not tell me anything about not taking if on blood thinners. I was told that it is an "all natural supplement", and is for the health and benefit of the person taking it. After asking the representative about why there were no warnings, he replied with, that would be like a cons2014-07-24umer putting a warning label on milk for lactose intolerant people.
As far as the 100% money back gaurentee, that is deceiving, also. I paid a total of $124.90, including $24.95 for shipping and handling and $99.95 for the drinks. They sent more than a 30 day supply of the drinks. When asking for my money back, I was told that they do not refund the shipping and handling, and I would have to pay to ship it back. After checking, it would be around $50 for me to ship what was left of the product back. A 25 lb. box of drinks. This would have cost me aproximately $75 for a product that my Mother only drunk 7 cans of and caused her even more problems than she had before drinking them. The representative offered to pay back $30 and allow me to keep the drinks. I refused the offer and after checking with management he told me that they would pay back $50 and allow me to keep the drinks to do with what I want. Even said that I could donate them to Salvation Army at which I replied, I wouldn't want anyone else to be put in the situation of drinking something that could cause them harm. After arguing with them on these issues and realizing that nothing was going to get resolved, I agreed to getting only $50 of my money back.
I truly hope that noone elses health is jeopardized by this drink, or is scammed by this company.
