Superior Distribution/AZC offered a Free Trial bottle of Cambodia Garginia over the phone. Their offer was for a FREE bottle of product, you only pay shipping and handling fee of $4.95. Agent on phone said I have 15 days to try out product. If I like, do nothing and they will automatically send shippment to me and charge credit card on file unless I cancel. First of all, I did not get 15 days to try product, they started to count the trail period from the day they took my order over the phone for Free Trail bottle. I requested telephone number to call to cancel product from agent who took my order for Free Trial. She said not to worry about additional charges, I can cancel at anytime. What she failed to tell me is that trail period starts the day I ordered, not when product received. So before I even had the 15 days to try product I received a new shipment of 3 bottles. I didn't open package, I called number given to me to call and cancel. Spoke to Joe and told him I wanted to cancel product and return unopened product for a refune. He said they do not refund any products already shipped and paid for. He claims the he submitted a request to cancel; however would not give me any cancellation number. He said to use the Package ID number as a cancellation number. Furthermore, he said everything I needed to confirm cancellation will be in my email. Never receive an email from them, not even in spam folder. Joe from company advised to be sure and check for email in my Spam folder....still Nothing!!! So no refund of $99.90 they charged me 15 days after first phone call to order trail. They will definately be hearing from me if I see any other Charges to my account!!! Anyone that might have recommendation on any recourse in this matter, please advise.
