I purchased a vehicle a couple months ago. Well my entire front wheel bearing system went out. When I called the warranty company (which I paid for separte through the dealer) and they said they cover the parts needed to fix it. I found a service place that was willing to work on my van in town which was great because I was on vacation and had driven from Wahington to Oklahoma. They gave the service shop hell trying to figure out what was covered. Then they said they wanted pictures because if it was rusted they wouldn't cover it because that would mean it was probably like that when I bought it (which I knew that it was not). Well they took the van apart and there was no rust. What a shocker I knew that this was something that just started happening to my van. So the warranty company should have replaced it. However, they said since the knuckle was broke they weren't paying for any of the parts that needed to be replaced on the van. I need this van. Three of my children have to go to Seattle childrens for medical appointments so its not like I can go any said amount of time without a vehicle. Not to mention I do not even live in Oklahoma so I had to get it fixed so I could drive home. I paid for this warranty thinking that it was the smarter thing to do so that just in case something happened to my van it would be ok. I was so wrong. This is a terrible company. They tell me the parts are covered but then they say that they wont pay for them? I have four kids I cannot afford to pay for this kind of stuff out of pocket like that (as most of us can't). That is why I bought the warranty in the first place. If anyone has any information for me on how I should go about this let me know. I can't believe they would do this to people. It sickens me. I have other problems that I have to deal with and this is just ridiculous.
