I was browsing on the internet March 27, 2015 looking at reviews for self tanning came across sun laboratories. well I decided to get on their webpage to order some products for self tanning. got all the way through the page then it popped up your status is pending. it never asked for my credit card at all..well decided to call the company to place the order over the phone. I let the woman know that my account was pending on their website. could not email them at all after having to explain this twice to her. she finally took my credit card number down. I was sitting there trying to explain to her that I had a order number that I got off the website. she kept saying what is the code number what is the code number. I said it didn't give me a code number..she went on to say that their website is having trouble. I said that's fine I'll just order over the phone. gave her all the information. it took her from 10 o'clock to 6 o'clock that afternoon to call me back after I told her to email me any results of my order..the order totaled up to $47.50 come to find out they only took $39.95 for my order. see their suppose to have been $3.88 for FedEx Ground shipping oh plus taxes to which was never took out of my bank account. but she claims that the order has been sent out. I have no tracking number no confirmation number. I don't even know if it's really been shipped out or not. I believe they just took my money off of my card. I keep calling back but they won't answer the phone. isn't that kind of odd just as long as they got my d**n money off my card that's fine with them right.. but let me not see no product and I will contact my bank and say that was an unauthorized transaction/ I'm not going to play with this company or any other company. you're not going to scam and steal my money and whoever you are that works for this company that left a comment ...service is horrible from this company on the phone. they didn't know if they was going left or right didn't know what you were talking about when you try to order from these folks. very unorganized and I did leave a message to tell them to put the money back on my card and cancel my order because the more I read on ...the internet about this company the madder i get.
