This place is a total ! i had bids from other window companies to do my house for around $20,000.00 and when their salesman came to my house he quoted me $42,000.00 and when i told him that it was too much he then told me could do it for $24,000.00!! he also told me that they had a factory in pennsylvania that made all of their windows and that their installers were factory trained and only worked for them and were background checked and drug screened!! i was curious so i did some investigating and found out that they didn't have a factory but that they had the windows made by another factory in pennsylvania called regency plus and that their installers were sub-contractors and not background checked and drug screened!! that makes me wonder who they have working for them in the offices and what their backgrounds are!!!!
