This guy used to come check our building many years ago. It would involve him arriving in a company car, entering our building with a key and doing a building patrol before leaving the property.
While this was happening, I was compiling security tapes from hidden cameras of this mans visits until I got in a bad car accident and had to leave that job.
Just recently I was going through storage and found the tapes. The tapes no longer play, and it’s far too late to bring this up with the security company. It’s not to late to file this character report.
Snoop, nosey and invasive:
In the past, Stephen G. Chilcote has been observed going through file cabinet drawers and desk drawers while on the property. Practices a security officer should not be exercising. Additionally, he’s been observed sitting in a desk chair and taking catnaps while on our property.
Thief:
He’s been observed taking things, small things, but still taking things like pens, food, trinkets, change and pads of paper.
Cutthroat:
On one occasion Stephen G. Chilcote was observed cutting the throat of someone he was working with. He was clearly heard on the equipment talking to a coworker about how he set some trainee up for failure. What’s worse is he thought it was funny.
There are too many people like this out there. It just so happens; this one is a security guard.
Heads up to anyone using this company. Check your paperwork for the name ‘Chilcote’. Keep all desk drawers and file cabinets locked. Lock any rooms or offices that he should be able to access. Turn all computers off and keep your camera equipment in tip top condition.
