This guy is the most dishonest dirty person i have ever met. He goes by the name steve. He is a private citizen whom i purchased a vehicle from. Watch out for this guy!!!!! he is operating as a professional con-artist. Notice i am the second person to report on here about him.
He uses both ebay and craigslist and god only knows what else he utilizes. He is a total dirtbag liar, cheat, thief, con. People like him shouldnt exist on this planet. It is disgusting!!
If you read this mrs. Antoniadis, i would be absolutely astonished and disgusted with your husbands actions. What a disgrace to humanity.
I just purchased a vehicle from steve that he had posted for sale on craigslist. He stated in the ad that this car was in "near mint condition". It was a retired crown victoria from the nh liquor commission. He did state in the ad that he had the paperwork to prove that it was a previous liquor commission vehicle. Before i bought the car, i asked him several times how long he had owned the vehicle. He told us that he had driven the car since it had twelve miles on it.
He gave me a photocopy of certificate of title from the liquor commission showing twelve miles on the title. For this to be true, he had to have worked for the liquor commission. Well, guess what, he was impersonating. He insinuated to my fiance and i over and over with story after story that he had driven this car for the liquor commission. He was never even an employee there. I called the liquor commission and confirmed that.
He also told us he should have the title in just a few days and that he would overnight it by mail. I later found out that he was over a month away from having the title. He lied again!!!! my 20 day plate runs out in 3 days and i have no title and can't register the car now!!!! i tried to contact steve about not having a title from him still and he completely disconnected the phone he used in the craigslist ad, and put a block on the other cell phone number. So now he is has disappeared.
So mr. Antoniadis was not the driver of this car since it had 12 miles. He totally lied, he had just bought the car at the state auction 5 days before he sold it to me. He told us he was selling the car because his department issued him a new truck. Yeah right!!! what the liquor commission that you never worked for??
I got it home and found out it does not even have a horn in the car. I contacted steve and he completely lied and claimed he told us that. He told me to go get one at the junkyard for $20 bucks. The check engine light came on the very day after i got the car home. The second day i was driving it, the antenna on top went flying off the roof. He told us he had gone out and bought a decent antenna to put on to cover up where the liquor commission had taken out the police antenna. Come to find out, steve had stuck a fake antenna on top with nothing but a sticky pad!!!
Also, he never even offered to let us test drive the car. Instead, he said he would take us out for a ride in it. I thought that was a bit strange. After i found out this guy was a total liar.
I sent him several texts and let him know that i was aware he had lied about everything and requested that he let me drop the car back off and that he refund me my cash. He just kept calling me a wacko and telling me too bad, you bought the car as is. I posted an ad on craigslist to warn buyers in the car section to watch out for him. Mr. Antoniadis responded twice under two different alias names telling me that this was illegal to post a warning like that and that i am going to get myself into a criminal lawsuit.
Keep yourself safe and do not deal with this guy!!!! he is bad news!!!
