Relocated to a new area and started using the employment agencies in the local area. One that I saw on a sign was StaffingSolutions. I applied in March to StaffingSolutions. Answered there questionnaire and then my profile was "rejected" with no reason why. On April 21, 2014 I tried to login to the system to apply for a job from another staffing site and my file still says "rejected" with a note at the bottom that reads I can reapply in 6-months. This time I called the 1-877 number to find out what was going on. The lady that answered the phone could not answer any of my questions in fact she kept repeating the "process" for application when all I wanted to know was why my profile was rejected. I think this company discriminates against people that have a certain level of education. I am a military spouse, a veteran, and getting ready to attend law school in the fall and was looking for employment. This company made me feel like a criminal for asking why my profile was "rejected". I also think they are not trying to hire the best candidates for the employers seeking employees. The best candidates are people from all walks of life and education levels. I should not be discriminated against because I am qualified.
